You are the first point of contact – the face and voice of Allied Telecom Group. You will welcome visitors and take calls in a warm and professional manner.
You will appreciate the importance of reception and the significance of being at the forefront of a successful business. You will also act as the Office Manager in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the office and all ancillary operations.
You are responsible for overall office administration activities including the reception area, mail, office and kitchen supplies purchasing and oversight of the office facilities.
Attendance and Dependability: The employee can be depended on to report to work at the scheduled time and is seldom absent from work. Employee can be depended upon to complete work in a timely, accurate and thorough manner.
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
