Sales Development Representative

Poised for a period of dramatic growth, Allied is in search of a seasoned, accomplished, respected Sales Development Representative.


Allied is seeking a Sales Development Representative who is responsible for driving qualified leads for our sellers. This role is responsible for engaging prospects and developing qualified leads for Allied’s Account Executive team. Reporting to the Sales Development Manager, this position is a critical part of Allied’s Sales process, as you and your peers will drive our incoming revenue. The candidate should enjoy working in collaborative, team-based environment and must have a passion for and familiarity with social media, digital media, consumer insights and emerging marketing technologies.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Work with the Sales Development Manager to develop go-to-market strategy and build sales pipeline
  • Build lists of target prospects with relevant information for targeting
  • Communicate with prospects via cold calls, emails and social media to develop interest in Allied products and services
  • Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly goals
  • Complete administrative duties within
  • Collaborate with SDR team to achieve collective & individual goals
  • Learn best practices of telecom services and how to effectively communicate with business executives

Required Skills:

  • BS/BA and 1-3 years sales experience preferred; sales/internship experience will be considered
  • Previous cold calling experience required
  • Results driven & competitive nature required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with internal/external clients
  • Outstanding time management skills
  • Some experience preferred
  • Ability to learn and understand new products and technology is crucial
