The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for full life-cycle recruiting. You will use your experience and skills to create and maintain a top tier recruiting process for Allied. You will collaborate with hiring managers to identify needs and key performance factors in order to develop sourcing pools and establish interviewing criteria. You will evaluate applications, review resumes, conduct reference checks and complete initial phone interviews to establish a narrow candidate pool. You will maintain awareness of competitor practices, industry trends and recruitment standards. You will make recommendations to hiring managers on the top candidates for in-person interviews, and you will prepare candidates for interviews with hiring managers. You are the public face of the company during the recruiting process; you will ensure positive candidate experiences from the initial application through on-boarding and beyond.
Serve as main POC and first line of contact for employees, answering questions and escalating when appropriate.
