The UC Specialist will directly communicate with potential and current clients to inform them of how Allied’s VoIP solutions can address their telecommunication needs. Your focus will be on Allied's product and service offerings. You should be outgoing and have the ability to handle customer service concerns. Your ability to be patient and allow the customers to clarify their needs is critical. You will break down the client’s needs into terms that can be communicated to the client who may not be an expert in telecommunication services. You will do demonstrations with the sales representative. You will also train clients on Allied’s VoIP platform features and functionality post-implementation. You will assist Sales Reps to better understand customer requirements and solution selling. You will manage voice certification program for new hires as well as annual re-certification for existing Sales employees. You will also manage and update content and curriculum. You will need to understand (we will train you) basic networking and have a general understanding of telecommunications technology.
